	BAGS WITH LINER The LDPE Liner is a non woven bag inside the outer jumbo bag.It prevents fine granules or powder from leaking out and provides a moisture proof barrier for the contents.. These liners can be made/ inserted in the bag in following ways: Loose insert Cuffed and stitched at the top of the bag to secure its position when the bag is being filled. Form-fitted. The liner is given a bottle-neck shape at the top and bottom so that the liner takes the shape of the outer bag when it is filled.




	BAFFLE BAGS Baffle bags are also commonly known as Q-bags or square bags. 4 inner baffles are stitched across the two adjoining side panels in order to provide an opposite force while The bag is filled. This way the side walls of the bags do not bulge out. The 4 inner panels Restrict the bulging of the bags and makes the bag maintain a square shape even when filled to the most. There are systematic holes punched in the baffles, enabling free flow of The material in all corners of the bags, ensuring maximum loadability in the bag. This helps in loading and stacking of filled bags side by side and helps in transportation and maintaining the inventory in a better way.
